Very good the first time I went here - big portions and low prices, but I hate to say that I got more disappointed every time I... went back. Great wings! Wednesday is Wing Night...good place to watch the Pens.

The Boulevard has been under new ownership for the last 3 months. The service and food is excellent! Definitely worththe trip!
