We ordered the pulled pork, brisket, mac and cheese, and some salad fo a small wedding reception I was hosting in my home. We... picked up our order on time and everything we ordered was correct down to the serving utensils. The food was nice and hot whenwe opened it and it was delicious! My guests loved it. They don?t skimp on the bbq sauce or dressings for the salad. We woulddefinitely order food again for our next party! Read more

Placed a catering order, pulled pork and chicken were extremely soggy. Pasta salad was JUST okay and the mac & cheese wasn't... bad. I chose my words very carefully.... it left a lot to be desired Read more

The gentleman there was very nice and suggestive of the food, I ordered the ribs and brisket with the mac and cheese and greens.... The ribs themselves felt reheated and tough but we're still decent with the hot sauce bbq, the brisket was paper thing andlooked like lunch meat, the greens were definitely canned greens which in my opinion are a disgrace, the mac and cheese was verybasic, not the kind you would expect as if you were at your uncles cook outs... My girlfriend ordered the chicken leg which wasreheated and dry along with the potato salad which tasted like pure mayo.... COME ON PEOPLE, IS THERE ANY GOOD BBQ ANYMORE INTHE BURGH? Read more

My wife and I loved the food here, spare ribs, and pulled pork were some of best we have ever eaten. Homemade BBQ sauce was... great This was the Flame located on Babcock Blvd. and I can attest they do a heck of a catering business also. It seems theother Flame[Cranberry] is inconsistent in their product. Read more

The Flame BBQ is quite possibly the best BBQ in Pittsburgh. I first had their food at the Millvale Brewfest and have been... craving it since. Their pulled pork is to die for. I've recommended them for many catering events Read more

The Flame catered an 'after the wedding' dinner for our family and guests. The food was delicious and very plentiful. When... asked, they even came earlier than originally planned. Best BBQ in Pittsburgh! Read more

The ribs were dry and tough. They were incredibly fatty and full of cartilage. The pulled chicken was inedible. The macaroni... salad had entirely too much dill in it and the macaroni and cheese was tasteless. I wish that I had saved my $12 and spent iton something much tastier. Read more
