The staff were decent, nice, young people.\n\nThe food itself was mediocre.\nI got the 4-meatball sub with marinara, beef... meatballs, cheese, and fresh basil. The bread was the best part, it was soft on the inside and crisp on the outside.Unfortunately, the marinara was watery and bland, and soaked into the bread, creating a soggy, sour sponge. The meatballs wereok. They were under-spiced and under-salted, just carrying that classic \'cooked ground beef\' flavor, but less appetizing thanusual... maybe the meat was a bit old? But definitely under-seasoned.\nThe cheese was nice and stretchy, and the basil wasfresh. But overall, the sandwich was not something I\'d return for. I also got a vegetarian meatball to try, and it was just...beany. I know it\'s made of white beans, but again, kind of bland, lacking umami.\nI hate to say this, but I\'d go to Subwayinstead for the same thing, it has a lot more flavor despite having a lower freshness and quality of ingredients.\nNothing wrongwith the staff, they were great... the food is not worth coming back for, though. The first time here wasn?t the greatest. I didn?t feel welcome and the worker didn?t seem like they wanted to be there. They... weren?t knowledgeable about the menu, that or they just didn?t care. I am not a big fan of the mushroom sauce. It was verywatery and lack of flavor. The Red sauce had some flavor but not much, Way better than the mushroom sauce. I don?t recommendbuying the breadsticks because it is very Doughy, had no taste at all and I don?t think it was cooked enough. The wedding soupis more broth than anything else. But the flavor was there. The beef meatballs have good texture and flavor by themselves. Iwould?ve given them another star if I was just judging meatballs. If there?s a next time I will just be getting a meatball sub. Read more

This was our first time here and it was amazing! I had chicken meatballs over pasta with marinara and cheese. The meatballs were... perfectly browned on the outside and moist and delicious on the inside. The cheese was so fresh! Others with me got pork andbeef meatballs sub style on fresh Mancini bread. They make the balls fresh daily. I highly recommend the Meatball Company! Wewill be going there very often. 10/10 A+ Read more
For a place that only sells meatballs you would think they would be good. The meatballs had a funny aftertaste and the red sauce... was sup par. I seriously would have been happier with frozen meatballs from the store. Read more
I had the meatballs over pasta today for lunch and it was delicious! My suggestion is to add ricotta cheese to your dish!
