Came in here about a week ago. No body was in the drive thru. I went inside and there were two people ahead of me in the line... and it took 15-20 minutes to get my food. Stopped at drive through for breakfast early am Sunday, after paying was told to pull up just waiting for fresh potatoes. After... almost 9 min and trying to get their attention (door locked) food brought out with a very disingenuous "sorry they forgot you"from who appeared to be a mgr for the shift. A complaint from me for the wait and request for a straw, she huffed back in thedoor and reappeared, barely handing it to me. Seems like she didn't like the way I grabbed it, told me not to come back. Ihave all the patience in the world for these establishments due to the state of getting people to work. This however was prettybad display from a person that's in a management position and the face of the company after we waited well over 15 minutes forour order. Only reason im giving a 2 star is because the employees are so miserable it's like they're mad your ordering food and they dont... want to work its literally every wendys that's like this. I went inside to order Monday morning the girl is yelling frontcounter everyone just walked around looking at me finally after 15mins the girl comes out with a bin of sauce places it downwalks over to take my order she was talking so low i couldn't hear her you try to be polite but that didn't matter they stillhave attitudes. I ordered a baked potato and ceasar chicken salad. The potato stayed warm until I got home and surprisingly the cheese on the... side stayed melted and warm as well. The salad was plentiful. The employee was friendly at the drive through as well. The packetof salad dressing was not enough for the salad but will definitely go again! Read more
An open and reliable Wendys not far from my work. Their breakfast menu ensures I've got another option on my busy morning... commute. Though they're busy for lunch, they've never gotten my order wrong when ordering through the app, so I'm happy eat toeat here. It's not a spectacular Wendys, as I've experienced elsewhere.
