I went there the other day. And asked for a cup of Mayo (sandwich Mayo) and the manager gave it to me and then someone else who... worked there rolled his eyes when I went yesterday but still gave it to me and then tonight they refused to give it to me andsaid they can get fired as I explained to them the manager gave me it and I?m paying for food that looks like the photos I?veposted my food is cold. Fries aren?t even cooked?. And I lm was laughed at by the guys working. And the whole staff did as well.So I will not be eating at Wendy?s anymore. Best part is, I used to work at a Wendy?s on Cochran road and they said give thecustomer what they want. And we were told to do it. So you cannot get fired for giving someone sandwich Mayo. And that?s whythey have a 3.5 star review. It?s unprofessional and disrespectful people that work there. Read more
Walked in and stood in front of the cash register for 10 minutes while 7 employees just looked at me from the back room. BTW. 2... managers were outside smoking cigarettes during our wait. Dont waste your time at this place Read more
I stop at this location often. I recently have encountered some rude employees. Though I can't fault them, fast food must be... rough. Overall, I recommend this location. Great food 99% of the time. Fast service. Please give napkins with the order though.Lately they have forgotten. Read more
Every time I go here the line takes too long, I always see the manager doing anything but his job that?s probably why the... employees feel comfortable hanging out in the lobby on their phones instead of doing their jobs and are honestly rude if there?sanything wrong at all, they?re out of cheese sauce every single time like they don?t reorder it or like they haven?t adjustedand ordered more because they?re running out faster. Most of the time the burgers are undercooked or burnt. I?ve never been tothis location before five but I highly suggest whoever owns this location to clean house with their late night crew because I?mnot the only person leaving one stars and complaining about them. Wow.. best fast food experience I've ever had. Came around midnight on the Fourth of July so it was quite busy, but they did an... amazing job. You could hear the kindness in the employees voices and they really were some of the nicest people I've ever met.My food was prepared with care, beautiful presentation. Most of the reviews are on point with this location. It clearly lacks good management. Hit drive through three days ago on... Friday evening around 11pm. 8 cars in drive through. Orders were being filled slowly but consistently. I was shocked to count 8people working inside and the lobby was closed so they were all there to handle drive through. Sadly, I pulled away prior tochecking my order bags. They forgot a large fry for my chicken sandwich combo and once I got home, none of the sandwiches hadthe standard toppings on them. So either they were out of toppings and failed to say so, or the cook/prep line didn?t care andwrapped them up as is. Started eating two ten piece nuggets as soon as I pulled out. They were almost cold and a bit tough. Notsure how they could have been sitting so long with a slammed drive though. I?ve never hit this location during the day so maybeit?s a better crew. The food and service was good as usual. You can't beat the 4 for $4 (or $5) deal they have. For $4 you get a drink, fries,... nuggets, and cheeseburger. For $5 you can choose either the jr. bacon cheeseburger, chicken sandwich or a slider rather than the$4 cheeseburger. All this food at this price makes sitting in the drive thru line worth it. Please avoid this place. I had really bad food poisoning about 3 hours after consuming a BBQ bacon sandwich, fries, 2 cookies... and a jazzed up lemonade. Ate the food around midnight, and around 3:30-4:30 AM I was trying to hang on. Literally hadprojectile fluids coming out both ends. Sometimes at the same time. Lasted about an hour- it was painful. There was about a sixhour window prior to me eating the food where I drank a 20 OZ bottled water. I broke the seal on that bottle, so me being sickis clearly because of food from this restaurant. It?s really hard to get food poisoning from those items. It?s not like Iconsumed dairy product. This means that the environment must be really nasty inside that store. I only ordered this because itwas close and one of two places that were open when I arrived at my hotel. Word to anyone arriving late in this area- order TacoBell instead. It?s the only other option.
