I've only been here once, but the margherita pizza was very good. Pretty close to a traditional margherita. The Italian... sausage is also very good. Kind of an out of the way spot on Lowrie's Run Road, but it would definitely be worth checking out. Currently they are only open on Wednesdays and Fridays between 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. I am assuming these hours will changesoon due to the change of the seasons. Read more

I received samples of their product. Absolutely amazing. Perfect smoke ring? amazingly tender and the seasoning is spot on. Not... over nor under seasoned. Right where it should be. The smoke flavor is not overwhelming and compliments the flavor of the meat.Absolutely blown away! I?ll be ordering from them many more times this summer! The pizza is out of this world as well! Not only... was the communication between businesses great, they also made the selection process simple! Hiring Wood Fired Flatbreads was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! We had a change of heart about our catering... choices just 6 weeks before our wedding and they came to the rescue without missing a beat. I can't tell you how many guestshave told me how delicious the food was and asked for a referral. Our venue was very casual (the North Park Rose Barn), and thepizza truck fit perfectly with the atmosphere. They fed all 200 guests of ours in a little over an hour with made-to-orderpizza, and not a single one was hungry after. The team is deeply capable and knowledgeable about managing the logistics of alarge event. They were so helpful with decisions when it comes to toppings and appetizers. My favorite pizza!!! I first encountered this fabulous food at an art fair. I followed the incredible aroma of wood fired pizza... to an ever growing line of people. Some were saying it was the best others anxious to try it for the first time. The line movedquickly as I watched each delighted customer walk away with their custom made pie that looked as delicious as it smelled! Whilewaiting, it was interesting to watch the professional team in action. They were so efficient and friendly. 10/10!! We had Wood Fired Flatbreads cater our wedding on 8/13/22 and the food and service was amazing!! We had 100 guests and... they were all able to get food from the buffet very quickly! Our guests were so happy with the food and were so impressed that afew of them even asked for their info after the wedding so they could have them cater for there next event! They even gave ussome left over pizza that me and my husband happily enjoyed after we got back to our hotel room! One of the best choices we madefor our wedding!! Read more
