Soups are decent, when you can get there before they close. Online and door says they close at 7pm, went in at 620pm and all... soups were put away. Employees were eager to leave and showed no interest in allowing me to place an Order. Don?t waste yourtime! Read more
First time at Zoup and will never return. There were 3 young guys working there and it showed. The place was a mess and there... were no other customers. Napkins and trash on counters, front counter was dirty, and trash can looks like someone puked on theside of it a few weeks or months ago. Gross. I have food allergies and asked the guys what soups did not have soy or vegetableoil. They came back and said the lobster bisque does not have those ingredients. Assuming the employees knew their product theyare selling I took the bisque. It was bland and I pulled a handful of crawfish shells including my first bite. Desperatelyneeded salt. I called Zoup corporate who confirmed the lobster bisque did have vegetable oil which makes sense why I gothorribly sick the night and day after. Either get employees who take food allergies seriously or close up shop. Panera is muchbetter. Read more
I am very disappointed in the customer service at the Fox Chapel (Freeport Road) restaurant. I was not able to cancel an online... order immediately after realizing my order had defaulted to their location and not where I was in Washington, PA. The Fox Chapellocation has no one answering the phones due to being short staffed (this is understandable but not my fault). The manager atthe Washington, PA restaurant was so nice, understanding and actually texted the Fox Chapel manager for me about the situation.However, the Fox Chapel manager refused to refund me $20 because he said they could not reserve the food from the order that Iwas unable to cancel due to their lack of accessible communication to the customer. A wonderful locally owned franchise that has outstanding soup! The chicken noodle is fantastic and the bread is fresh and... delicious! The staff is friendly! Puts Panera to shame in the soup department for sure! Read more
Primarily soups in a clean yet modern and cozy atmosphere. Certainly a unique and healthy option for Pittsburgh.
