I was just in the drive thru and there was a crazy woman inside screaming at the two staff members about how she was their boss... and they needed to listen to her. She wasn't dressed like she was working (shorts and a tank top) so for the employees sake Ihope it was just a random drunk woman in the lobby. If that insane brunette is infact your manager, maybe you should reevaluateyour management choices, because I assure you, you don't pay those boys enough to be treated like that. Read more
This place was rather slow to start with. When getting my order the Employees were very rude, not polite and acted like they did... not care. They got both of my orders wrong and when I talked with them about how my order was messed up the female trainingshift leader was extremely rude to me and not willing to own up to the issue or offer to help resolve the problem. I haven't been to this dunkin in a couple months now and tried writing a review but was still waiting for this review page to... load just like waiting in their line. EVERY SINGLE TIME I came to this location there would either be no one in front of me orone car waiting at the window and EVERY SINGLE TIME they told me they would take my order shortly. No matter how simple thepeoples order was in front of me. Regardless I wait in line a good 10 min when there is only 2 cars in line including me. Andeven when you get to the window it takes them forever to hand you your order. And most times they haven't even started makingit. WORST. DUNKIN. EVER. Time for management to clean house. Read more
The absolute WORST Dunkin Donuts on the planet. And I don?t have high standards for any type of drive through food... establishment. You?ll wait forever to get lukewarm drinks and food. If you order on the app it still won?t be ready when youarrive even if you give it plenty of time. Several times I have arrived for them to tell me they were out of something. I don?t usually write a review on a place but I just sat in the drive-through for over 20 minutes and it didn?t even move and... then I went inside and they kicked me out for not wearing a mask.
