Customer service was alright. The food was very over seasoned Party of 4. One got the fish dinner. They liked it. And the... chicken pop and fries were good as well. But when it came to the bacon burger. My burger was over cooked and burnt and I askedfor a medium well. Also the beef stroganoff had ALOT and I mean ALOT of salt. My girlfriend couldn't really eat it as it wasthat salty. So she ate some of my burger I tried the stroganoff, and yeah it was HIGHLY salted. Ice creams weregreat. The food was not the greatest, but the servers were kind. My ice cream was served with spoiled milk sadly. They did offer a new... one promptly, which was sweet of them. Great customer service, but I wish the food was better. Read more
We waited forever just for our drinks nevermind our food then ice cream. Our waitress Michelle was complaining that she had 4... tables and how under staffed the place was to anyone who would listen. The food was good when we finally got it, but just wish Ihad been seated with a different waitress, all the other tables seemed to get their food and drinks in a reasonable timelymanner. Read more
Good food,overpriced with mediocre service. I recommend if you do order from friendlies,you might like it better if you just do... pick up rather than dine in Sometimes there are loud kids n so 4th. Decent food. I wouldn't recommend friendlies for a dinnerdate or of you like a quiet meal. Best of luck ?? Read more
We went to the walk up window to get some ice cream. There was plenty of staff in the kitchen but they were all very slow to... even acknowledge our existence. Two employees looked right at me, said nothing, and kept on with their tasks. When we finallydid get served, the cashier was not very cordial at all. I understand they're busy, but if an employee looks at you, could theyat least acknowledge that you're there and say "hi" or "welcome," maybe let the customer know that they'll be with them in aminute? It seems customer service is an afterthought with this restaurant. High prices for mediocre ice cream coupled with poorcustomer service. A winning combo! Won't be going back. For what it's worth, this is the second time in two differentFriendly's locations that I've had really bad customer service experiences... I'm in no way a Karen, either. Didn't botheranyone at the counter about the experience, just ordered my ice cream, observed and noted the lackluster experience. Read more

Went with my sister and nephew, and we had Krystal as our waitress, who was very kind and charismatic. We thoroughly enjoyed our... appetizers and ice cream. Would definitely recommend to others. I've been here with my neice several times and we've had Krystalthen too, who's our favorite waitress. She's good with kids. Read more
Over priced for sub standard food. Turkey dinner for $15.00 is a joke. Small portions of cheap yucky so called food. Menu is not... thought out, no quality like in yester years. I can see why friendly's is going out. Total waist of money!!! Read more
