This food was absolutely atrocious I didn’t get everything I ordered. The rice tasted like grey old meat. The golden fingers... tasted like old shrimp. The boneless spare ribs r thin and stringy. The only thing that was actually good was the broccoli bc ucan’t go wrong with broccoli. And mostly everything was cold. Never again spending my money here. Golden phoenix is I\'d say,the best Chinese food in the nearby berkshires. It\'s well cooked,delecious,friendly service and... great prices. I would 100% recommend this as even a favorite of mine. 100% YES. Read more

Phone staff was pleasant, wait time for delivery to another town during their busiest time was fine, food was tasty and well... presented, plenty of plasticware and condiments provided, driver was nice, no complaints. Read more
Absolutely terrible delivery service. I requested delivery to my workplace. The food was to be dropped off at the front desk per... my instructions. I got a call three times while I was in with a patient, and was not able to answer. I called the driver backand I was very polite and got nothing but attitude. I will never EVER order from here again and I will be sure to tell mycoworkers and family to do the same. I am disappointed I already gave the driver a $5 tip over the online ordering service. I always enjoy ordering here, most of the time they get everything right and I\'m very happy. But be careful if you order online... things like fries will be a little soggy and the ASAP time is an estimate but I never have to wait more than an extra 20 min. Sept 2022 I did my first order through your services BeyondMenu and it was amazing!!!! I normally order through the restaurant... and get delivery through them. The food was hot and fresh and wonderful!!!!! It was here fast and did I say hot and fresh!! Wow,we really got great service and it was free!!! I was so impressed!!
