Drive thru lady was nice and he girl who gave our food was nice too . Food was average mcds
Got cheeseburgers and fries... cheese was cold, not melted. Asked for fresh fries and they were good.
I went out tonight to order three hot fudge sundaes, now mind you they are now 299 each. Two of the hot fudge sundaes were full... to the brim the third one was a little over half full and I questioned the young man and he said that's the way it is I said butnow wait a minute here these two are full this one's a little over half full and he refused to do anything about it to make itright. The hot fudge wasn't even hot! Basically it was just chocolate syrup! Of all the years I went to McDonald's and orderedhot fudge sundaes I was never disappointed! The Pittsfield West Housatonic Street McDonald's employees work very hard to please their customer's...even when thier... drive-thru line is out to Rte. 20 on them...they have always been quick and efficient...I've never gotten the wrong order...bigshout out to the female manager who is a very hard worker...*leading by example is the right way to go...always happilysatisfied when I go there...
