Got cheeseburgers and fries... cheese was cold, not melted. Asked for fresh fries and they were good.
I went out tonight to order three hot fudge sundaes, now mind you they are now 299 each. Two of the hot fudge sundaes were full... to the brim the third one was a little over half full and I questioned the young man and he said that's the way it is I said butnow wait a minute here these two are full this one's a little over half full and he refused to do anything about it to make itright. The hot fudge wasn't even hot! Basically it was just chocolate syrup! Of all the years I went to McDonald's and orderedhot fudge sundaes I was never disappointed! The Pittsfield West Housatonic Street McDonald's employees work very hard to please their customer's...even when thier... drive-thru line is out to Rte. 20 on them...they have always been quick and efficient...I've never gotten the wrong order...bigshout out to the female manager who is a very hard worker...*leading by example is the right way to go...always happilysatisfied when I go there... Thankfully found fast food restaurant without a massively long wait . That was actually serving food.. the first McDonald's... only had drinks and ice-cream available. The staff was definitely working as fast as possible. So far backed up. Bit stillproduced a quality meal. And even friendly. Read more
I had a fine experience purchasing breakfast here in the morning at the drive-through. The attendant was sweet as a peach and... knowledgeable. My order was prepared quickly and accurately. It wasn't too crowded when I went. However, they couldn't print myreceipt. Read more
It is very annoying to have to order something and get another order, not only because you have to wait a while, but because you... have to order it again, it is not the second time it has happened to me, I hope that the night shifts try to place the orders inthe right way, terrible service in terms of shipments. Sometimes it takes a minute to get your food but at least it comes out nice and hot and they apologize for the wait. Friendly... staff right now they're renovating so be patient but they are very nice and if they do mess up at least they're nice about itand they fix the problem Read more
