A little over a year ago I used to be a problem with this location and it lasted at least 5 years prior to that. I lived in... Allenstown but I would never get coffee here because it was always wrong and always burnt. It looks like Dunkin' donuts isfinally got an employees to take pride in what they do because I've been very pleased with my orders lately. I even stopped at aDunkin' donuts on my way home and they got my coffee wrong so I stopped at this location and asked them if they could fix it forme, the man was so nice he explained that he was not supposed to do that but since they are a chain he would like to try to fixit for me to show me what it should taste like s h o u l d. Ordered a blue razz energy punch and the driver ordered her breakfast and coffee. I got my blue razz was not filled to the rim... like any other place I go. It was noticeably low. Think of the dunkins large cup, you know where the label is? It was filled tothe top orange letters. Not to mention the lady had a passive aggressive attitude. I didn't say anything to get her more upsetthan she already was for some reason, but there's no excuse to have that much of a drink missing. Read more

Went with my mom. She ordered a latte, she said it was good. She also had a crawler. The only unfortunate thing was that we... didn't realize that the lobby was closed. There was a sign on the door stating that we had to go through drive-thru. Minorinconvenience of having to get out of vehicle to realize that we couldn't order in. Read more
