Ordered through their website last night for pickup at their Pittsfield location and had my credit card info stolen - a... fraudulent purchase was made at 11pm the same night in excess of $300. Buyer beware - you're credit card information is liableto be stolen. Look elsewhere for pizza. Read more

Love the subs. Best steak a day cheese on town. I hope the can resolve the short staff issue so the full menu can come back.
We love Jack's! We drive from Loudon to get it. The pizza is good no real complaints. Curbside is great and order online is... wonderful. Honestly, ahead of many local shops around that don't offer either. Read more
Jack?s worked with us for our small wedding ceremony in the fall and we can?t recommend them enough! They accommodated the wraps... we requested for approximately 40 people. They were professional, accommodating and responsive? not mention their wraps weredelicious with great veggie options! They were so kind and even gave us a hand written note in a beautiful wedding card to wishus well! Their thoughtfulness, mission, and delicious foods leaves us recommending this place to all! Neat little place with above average food, the meatball sub is excellent, the pizza looked really good, steak sandwiches as... well, it's more of a take out place than a sit down, but they do have tables if you choose to dine in, the staff is veryattentive and friendly, and seem to go out of thier way to be helpful, if you're hungry and in the area, definitely give it atry, you won't be disappointed. I have to amend my review.. I went back and got another sub, and it was very underfilled, I gota steak and cheese and there was literally no cheese.. And a minimal amount of steak, I basically paid for steak flavoredbread.. I have to withdraw my recommendation. Read more
If I could give this place no stars I would. Ordered at 5:45 and was told 40 minutes. Get there at 6:20 and pay and then told it... will be 20 minutes. Then at 6:46, I get a text while standing in the restaurant that it will be ready in 7-10 minutes. Saveyourself the wasted time and energy and do not order from here. Read more
