Always a long wait, website states they open at 5am but its not true. They open at 6am at the earliest and I often have to wait... 15 mins for them to open then another 15 to get a drink that I may or may not hear called, have had a drink stolen from thecounter because they whisper drink orders. A total disaster! 20 minute wait in line to place an order. Then another 20 minutes waiting for your order which they put on the... counter without calling your order number. I had another customer tell me how to go about finding out if my order was ready andthen we had to search through all of the drinks on the counter to find my order number! She was waiting on a hot chocolate forover 20 minutes with 3 people behind the counter! Another customer told me that the place is like that constantly but not inthose exact words. Most of the time they do fine, but this time they screwed up so bad, we had to call the store and complain. So we ordered a... Charli and a Carmel Latte, and 10 munchkins. The drinks along with several other orders were ready before my donuts were, so Ibrought it to their attention. 10 minutes later, two of the workers come up to me and tell me that they only have pumpkin andglaze, so I tell them to just give me the glaze, and after all that, she had the nerve to roll her eyes at me. So once I got allof my stuff, I see that my large drink is the same size as my mom's medium. She had also ordered less ice, and they gave hermore. We won't be going there ever again. Read more
Love this location. They are always so pleasant. If I had to choose my favorite dunkin in luzerne county, this one would be it.... Went in the other day and my son was saying he wanted a chocolate donut with sprinkles. Cashier overheard and gave him a donutfree of charge. That's a good employee right there. Going above and beyond. You guys better keep her. Good employees are hard tocome by. Especially ones like her. Fast friendly service. A.m crew never lets me down when I come for my coffee ????.
