This use to be one of the best Dunkin?s in the area but they are a hot Jesse now. The past 2 days they have totally messed up my... coffee today they went as far as telling my husband they can?t do cream in an iced coffee with the salted Carmel swirl. The pittston dunkun attached to the gas station is a joke.. always out of items because they don't back order,, always slow and... talking with eachother instead of working. It's a joke there. They are all over the place. Always get orders wrong. I've beengoing there everyday once or twice a day, ordering the same thing for 8 months since I moved here, and STILL they get my coffeewrong every single time. Very courteous and friendly staff. Congratulations to the young lady that landed the position and was in training on the... register! Coffee was excellent. EXACTLY the way I wanted it. My wake up wrap ( Dunkin' needs to lower the price please) waspretty good and who can mess up has browns? Delicious I will see you all very soon. It be great if people actually followed the directions from orders on the app. Actually reading Oatmilk instead of Whole Milk... and Beyond sausage instead of regular sausage. This happens at all the dunkins. So pay attention to app orders!! Please i gotsick twice already! Read more
I was parked in the handicapped parking spot when some girl came in and asked me to move and I said he's almost done making my... order when she put in very stale donuts that shouldn't of been served and he gave me a coffee that was an iced coffee that Ididn't order. I ordered a cold brew with cookies in it. I get home that's the wrong thing the two girls that were working hardto get out. And was treating me terrible if I ever treated customers as bad as those girls treated me I would be fired. I was soupset that I went over the curve. Read more
