After I was rushed through the ordering point so the customer behind me could order I was then brushed off,... not given my cups and then told to calm down when the same ignorant customer wanted her food so she could get back to work whilethe working white folk were left waiting. Was planning on dining until we got there and saw how dirty all of the tables were so we decided to switch to take out. After we... start eating we noticed that our nacho fries were flung into the bag and smushed because we asked for the order to be switchedfrom a tray to a bag. Then the crunch wrap supreme we had ordered was completely wrong. We subsistuted chicken instead of beef,while eating it we noticed the only thing inside the crunch wrap was onions, tomatoes and four pounds of sour cream. I'm going to rank this average. The drive thru attendant was professional, forgot to give me my drink, so I parked walked in... stood there watching the crew work the line look at me standing there never said hi or acknowledged I was there. I did not seeanyone who would resemble a manager so I politely got the drive thru attendants attention and got my drink. Now I got the cheesysteak burrito with nacho fries with was very delicious. My GF ordered 3 soft chicken tacos which were good and 3 beef tacos. Thebeef tacos were very greasy to a point the hard chell fell apart. As a former fast food restaurant manager these hard tacosshould not have been served. I would have rather waited a few minutes longer for new ones. Ordered two spicy potato tacos for my wife , who is a vegetarian. I ordered two bean and beef burritos for myself . Drove back... home , only to discover three beef supreme burritos and a bean and cheese burrito . Good job for completely missing the mark ,spent $10 for absolutely nothing . I hope this multi-billion dollar establishment would offer some kind of gift card , for myinconvenience and wasting my time and money . Read more

Ordered through the app before realizing it was coming from this location. Pretty disappointed with the order. Mexican pizza... looked gray and had nasty tomatoes on it that were definitely bad considering the smell. Same for a chalupa, old and inediblelettuce and tomatoes and so soggy it never stood a chance. A doritos taco that had beans added for no reason and a quesadillathat was supposed to have nacho cheese added and didn't. Had nacho fries and they were good and cherry freeze was as expected.We'll be avoiding this location in the future. Read more
