The service was very friendly and quick and the food was super, I got the new chicken parmesan sandwich and it was delicious.
One question Wendy's. Is there a napkin shortage? I came through the drive thru and ordered a Dave's double meal, as you know... it's a messy but good burger, I got to my destination and no napkins. C'mon drive thru workers, I managed fast food restaurantsfor years and that's the one thing you don't forget working the drive thru. Now overall my burger was good, my fries were warmnot hot as expected. For almost 17.00 bucks I expected better. My experience tonight was ok. Now maybe I'll have a betterexperience if I dine in. I love Wendy's food, but the service and wait at this particular one are terrible. I've waited 10 minutes at the drive thru,... with no one in front of us, to finally pull up to the window and see several workers having a food fight, and one person dancingwith the broom. The drive thru will sometimes be closed during posted hours. Overall, needs much better management. Read more
We arrived at 10:32 p.m. on Wednesday, May 18, 2022 and waited 5 minutes at the drive thru to get waited on. After we ordered... and paid we returned to our hotel (we drove 5 hours straight) to enjoy our late night dinner. Everything was room temperatureand the fries were cold. Yuck! Never going back. New Bacon Cheddar was not good, looks like they used salad Cheddar instead of Creamy Chedder and the soft bun they touted on the... website, it was old, not soft, and crusty.. and $23.00 for 2 meals ? also the bacon on both sandwiches was hard as a rock. Read more
I was asked what kind of sauce for the chicken nuggets. I told them, and I still didn?t get the sauce. I just chalk it up to... that the work ethic is not there anymore. Put it in a bag, call out a name and down the road a driver goes. Check the orderbefore you leave the premises. Read more
