Worst customer service ever! Immediately get put on hold or they don't answer the phone at all. How are these people have a job?

I like Dominos and always like to give the benefit of the doubt. The first time I came the order was ready and done at pick up.... The next three times not so much. The second time the order was not done correctly so I had to wait for them to redo it. Thethird time they burned the pizza and so had to wait for them to remake the pizza. This last time they had forgotten to startmaking the pizza so had to wait yet again for everything to be done. Not ordering from here again as there's always an excuse onwhy it isn't done or why I have to wait longer. Mind you it's not a 5 minute wait every time but more like 20 to 30 minutes. Read more
Ordered a carry out pizza tonight and I was most definitely impressed with the product they put out as well as their customer... service. Steven was very polite and thoughtful and even let me check my pizza before leaving. As for the pizza itself, it?sdelicious, baked until the crust was nice and crispy, topping are cooked through and not over or undercooked. I will for surebe coming back here whenever I crave some pizza. Read more
The worst ever food, pizza from this place and I got it after 2:00 AM so there store is closed and now I do not have any option... where to eat. So please check your delivery and all pizza if they are giving you delivery after store close. You made my nightthe bad. Read more
Food is great the over the phone ordering is extremely repulsive. I would rather put needles in my eyes I nearly just went... somewhere else to get food. It?s a call center and the people are just no personalities and it?s a million questions and theytalk extremely slow. It?s is a very unpleasant experience all together. Read more
