I often buy breakfast at this location. Sara and Norma are always very cordial, greet you with a smile, are very quick and... efficient. They are the best people in this restaurant. Unfortunately I cannot say the same about the young guys; perhaps onethat took care of my order today (don't know his name), was very polite and efficient. But the kids that take the orders overthe weekend in the morning, need to pay more attention to what they do. Ordered breakfast to take to the park and did notinclude napkins. Another weekend gave us the wrong food. Another time, we had to ask for napkins because they were not included.I don't think they like working at the location. Read more
Was not given a part of my order. Restaurant wasn?t open so had to go back through the drive thru. Guy was so rude and had his... back turned towards us when we got back to the window to get our food. Didn?t say a word and then noticed the food was ice cold.Sucked Read more

On Sept 16, I ordered the BOGO JUMBO JACK on the receipt with the survey code like I had done many times before. It was 7 days... after the receipt date which is what the coupon allows. It usually comes out to $3.14. I gave the cashier $4 and the receipt atthe drive thru. The man tells me the code is no good with some convoluted explanation. I told him nevermind and he kept thereceipt and money. I contacted corporate and received a confirmation but never heard anything more. Avoid this location. Read more
Came with some family who were visiting from Chicago, absolutely nothing but dirty tables and dirty floors. Crew members got... upset after we asked them 4 times to please clean the tables. We stepped in ranch, there were curly fries on the floor and thetables were smeered with Mayo and lettuce and god know what else from previous customers. Not only that, they kicked us out 2hours before the actually dining room time. Got kicked out at 8pm when we actually had till 10pm. (Says on the door and manyother locations are open later anyway) The attitude of the staff was very rude when it came to patience with their customers aswell as failing to be attentive when taking orders. I would for your own safety and assurance of cleanliness during these timesof a pandemic to visit more clean, friendly Jack in the box which you can probably find located anywhere else here in OrangeCounty, or visit the Del Taco that?s Down the street where they will clean the tables when first asked with a smile on theirface and with a sense of urgency. Ive been to many Jack in the box locations in my time, from Los Angeles county to here in OCand this one has been the WORST ive experienced so far. People are a bit slower than other places. The one guy with a mohawk treats his job like he hates it. They get orders wrong A... LOT. And they don't stick to the hours they have posted. Read more
