I rarely ever give a 1 star rating but boy do they deserve it their curbside pickup is absolutely atrocious with barely any... customer traffic took them 15 minutes to even bring out the food the app gave an estimated completion time of 5 minutes I'm notsure why it would take three times that to complete it and upon receiving my food there wasn't even a simple sorry for the waitenjoy your day probably won't be going back to this location in the future and I would suggest you do the same if curbside isyour normal method Read more
Employee named Brittany had been very rude with attitude from the start of my order at the drive thru till the time of paying at... the first window. Not only that but she did not want to give me my receipt. I asked for it and her excuse was that the printerwas not working. I had seen her place more printing paper and I told her I would wait until she print it and she still refuseduntil I asked her to call her manager. Based on my experience working at McDonalds previously I know for a fact we shouldn'ttreat customers that way. Would give no stars if possible. Stopped on my way home from a long day at work to grab dinner for my family. I was asked to... park and wait. No big deal. Waited for my food got home and the pics say it all. Food was so old it should have been thrown awaynot sold for human consumption. 40 bucks down the drain. My order is never correct.... ever! After like 7pm, it's drive thru only which is ridiculous. Almost always they have me park in... a numbered stall after going through the drive thru becuz they are waiting on my order. Ice cream/shake machine is alwaysbroken. Read more
It's obvious the brand, as a whole, is focusing on quality, engagement, efficiency and even order accuracy. This store is a... reflection of that. Today, the store was FULL. I ordered before most of the others and the entire store got served before me.There was a young man that took notice, immediately worked with his team to prepare my order, then added a few small extraitems. I started to say say, "Dude this isn't even my order." I am NOT a shy person and I'm not afraid to call anyone out. Hesaid, "It was for the wait, sir." Wanted to grab a quick dinner. Restaurant was extremely dirty. There was no tables cleaned. The service was ok. I had to eat my... food in the car since all the tables were dirty. I think in the times that we leave in they would focus on cleanliness. Read more
