The best thing about this bar was the waitress that served me a tonic water with a Twist of lime and a margarita for my friend's... birthday. They were not friendly at all. If you are African American beware. Read more

Went today for the first time to Rembrandt's Kitchen + Bar in Placentia, CA and it was a wonderful experience :-)! I was joined... by two of my closest work friends and we had a wonderful time - great food, groovy company, and Miss Casey B, our hostess was onpoint with her service and a delightful sense of humor! Among the three of us at the table, we had the French Onion Soup, Fishn' Chips, The Whiskey #8 BBQ Burger, and to top it all off, the Chocolate Explosion Cake to share - everything was hot, fresh, and delicious! All around A+ and a 10/10 for quality service and food - thank you!! Read more

Very good first visit. Had the bacon wrapped meatloaf and wedding cake for dessert. Yea I?ll be back. Very attentive staff and... sadly we had to leave before the live music got started. Be sure to call ahead and make a reservation if you?re going to stayfor the band. Read more

Went for dinner last night and sat at the bar. Our bartender, Nick, was fantastic. I had the halibut tacos that were amazing. My... son had the scallops with risotto and my sister had salmon with risotto and both raved about the quality of the food. Greatatmosphere, live music plus fresh & fantastic food made for a fun evening. Will definitely be coming back. Read more

We decided to check out the remodel and get a nice steak dinner. We sat inside, but they seated us at the basic tables when... there were booths open so we asked for a booth instead. It's a bar restaurant, so there were a few more loud and possiblyintoxicated groups around, but we sort of expected that. Service was a bit slow, but we got our order in for the biggest ribeyeon the menu to share and an order of the frickles. Food came out quickly, starting with the fried pickles, which were delicious. Then the steak showed up, which we ordered medium rare, and when I cut into it to split it between us it was purple rare. Theytook it back and re-cooked it, which overdid it a bit, so...oh well. Expensive steak not cooked ideal was a bit of a letdown, but felt rude asking for a while new steak. The rest of the sides were ok, but lacked a bit of seasoning. Maybe it was becauseit was a Sunday night, but for a $50 steak dinner, we were far from impressed. The interior could use some life too, a bitbland, not like the old bar area with all the Vegas artwork and interesting stuff on the walls. We'd probably come back for alunch or brunch, but the steak dinner just wasn't worth the price for us, I can pay the same amount for a better steak andbetter atmosphere at Cedar Creek. Read more
