Dirty. They keep bread overnight in bags. Flies inside. Owner is really rude. Always help wanted because no one wants to work... there. She opened my bread. Took a piece ripped it off and gave me a peace to show me its fresh. Which it wasn?t. Lol. Don?tever go here Read more
This location is gross. There are flies everywhere due to the fact that they don't have a door fan when people walk in and out... of the store. The staff don't seem to care about sanitation or cleanliness. They don't smile when they greet ya. The environmentfeels hostile when the staff ask what you want on your sub. There is no bathroom here. Lady in the front is not in uniform, and no name tag. She asked me what vegetables, I said... everything, and She complained that I asked for too many ingredients in my wrap. So she skimped pretty much the whole thing. AndWhen she made me my sandwich, she didn't pack it in. Just rolled it up and carelessly tossed it at the register. I had to packit in myself. She also had a rude attitude. Woman who looked like a manager was texting when I came in and saw me and continued to text for two minutes. With me standing in... front of her! Then didn?t wash her hands before serving me. She then went on to complain about an injury that has her in a lotof pain, made me uncomfortable since she was wincing every time she reached for something. Poor service ever I experienced in my life especially in subway. The Asian women who served our food was handling my food with... the glove that she have touched money with.... and had and an attitude of rudeness toward the customer. Veryuncomfortable... Now I?m questioning if the ALL staff have taken a education in proper food handeling courses,, PLUS Very poorcondition of veggies and especially tomatoes. So I wouldn?t suggest this branch EVER AGAIN! As a advice from customer...Pleaseeducate them with proper FOOD HANDLING COURSE AhND TEACH OR REPLACE the staff with friendly customer service mindset. Not sure about the old reviews, but I have been there 2 times so far (just moved in to the neighborhood) and probably the... cleanest subway I have ever been to. The sandwiches were made properly and promptly. There is a sign that says it is under newmanagement, maybe that is why it got much, much better. Definitely getting another sandwich from there when occasion arrives. Read more
