Decided to get a quick bit to eat. Order A special that had advertised And things started to go downhill. But to my surprise... the woman at the register was able to handle it and get taken care of beyond my satisfaction. Thank you for the great service. Read more
Very tight with the sauce. Will reluctantly give you extra sauce packets if you ask. Not sure if she is owner or manager but she... has really bad attitude. The two girls who work the register are very nice! Read more
If you like poor customer service. I waited 10min when there was no line and the cashier wasn't anywhere to be seen. The cook... was sick and I'm pretty sure sneezed in my food and still looked me in the face a served it to me. I love waba grill and amdevastated at the extremely poor quality provided to me ???? The food was amazing and I loved the fresh avocados. Great customer service and awesome staff.
Will not be going back. Ordered chicken and beef plate as well as the Salmon bowl. All the rice was crunchy and hard. My chicken... had not just one but quite a few hairs in it. When I looked in the kitchen, the cooks were not properly robed for the job. (Nohair nets,hats etc.) The beef tastes like they got a bag of beef jerky from Ralph's and warmed it up in their "Saba sauce". TheSaba sauce is just a VERY salty- sweet syrup. They have Pepsi products here. (I personally don't like Pepsi but it's not a 1star rating thing) The salmon came out and had the texture of chicken. Overcooked and swimming in Waba sauce. All we tasted wassalt. Be aware of this establishment. I will not be going back and WOULD NOT recommend to my friends. Hope they can fix theirproblems sooner than later. Read more
