Worse time of my life like I'm a minor however I was yelled at for playing on the bottom tier of the play place. There's no sign... whatsoever saying we can't play and gently mess around on the new playground that wasn't there wasn't present when I was little.The cashier was EXTREMELY rude, she snatched the money out of my hand and later told the manager we were using their equipmentinappropriately. so pull up to the drive thru i was asked if i was going to use the app i said yes then he asked for code for the coupon well... that didn't work and wanted to charge me full price so i put the order in on my phone and now all the sudden the server is downand they aren't using the app you know he lied because why would he asked for the code to begin with if the server was down andit's not like they can discount it on their end it's not the first time they pulled it on me once was for a dollar large friacting like im trying to full a fast one on them and get a free meal or something. whatever happened to customer service. The most perfect highly carbonated orange sodas. However, the most incompetent and rude staff. Even after automating ordering... to kiosks and reducing the need for staff, if these remaining members are the best that were left, this is scraping the bottomof the barrel. I am curious on how McDonald's will sustain itself in the coming years as the menu isn't really spectacular. The burgers/sandwiches are on the drier side too these days for some reason. The lady that helped me was nice. But the dude that took the order was definitely not a morning person. And I definitely didn?t... get what I asked for. I asked for a sausage McMuffin. I didn?t get that. They got the McGriddle right. But I didn?t ask for afolded egg. I didn?t want tea and I wanted Hi-c orange drink. And after he changed it it seems like he change the egg. Causewhen I saw the board before I got to the window it said the correct thing. But I still didn?t get Sausage. I love coming here. The store was clean, staff was friendly, only got a reasonably priced ice cream cone so I can't really... comment about the food. Service was quick but it wasn't during a regular meal time. I love it. Read more
The dining area was a little dirty including tables floors as well as full trash cans -- all of which can be fixed with... additional workers if they can find them. BUT, in decades of eating Big Macs this one was the best. I don't know what happened,It looked like the fake ones you see on the commercials. The bun seemed oven fresh. And it tasted the way the test kitchen musthave intended when they developed it. So change nothing in the kitchen. Read more
