Natalynn is easily the most unprofessional shift lead I?ve ever seen at a Starbucks store. She always seems annoyed when taking... my order while everybody else has no problem. Always has a frown on her face and never seems happy to be there. She knows myorder is complicated and will glare at me when she sees me walk in.
