11-5-22: Updated review-This place has gone severely downhill. They serve about 4 drive-through vehicles for every dining... customer, so dine-in takes forever. A Nacho Taco Supreme is now $3.39ea, and it's a joke. There was about 6 grated pieces ofcheese on it, 1/8" of meat, a dollop of sour cream, and the rest was lettuce x 2 of these. The Mexican Pizza didn't fully makeit into the box, so it broke, and the amount of meat on it was pathetic. $20 meal for 2 that was worth maybe $5. We ordereddine-in, and they bagged up our order. 4 taco's in the bag...not wrapped well, and put in upside down. Taco Bell has always beenmy favorite fast food. Sadly not anymore. Inflation has hurt and we don't eat out very often. It will no longer be at Taco Bellin Placerville. Read more

Fast, not accurate. Shocker. Saying hello when a customer approaches is common courtesy. No hello. No thank you. Managed to not... include 2 items, but assured me at the window it was complete. Glad I took the time to double check. Taco Bell is on everycorner, find another. Read more

We have frequented this location for 27-years - we will never be back. I was verbally accosted my a smart mouthed teenager. ... She was reluctant to give out sauce packets and I mentioned this place has really changed. She then snapped it "was my job tobe clear." I told her "no, it was her job", and the fight escalated from there. Then an older woman, who was also an employee,came over with her hands in the air like this was a prize fight. I asked for the large girl's name and was told they don'thave to tell the customer that info. I asked her "how was I supposed to Tell the Bell if they don't give out names?" Fifteendollars an hour and they can say whatever insult they choose with no repercussions - wow, I want that job! Which is why I'vereferred to them as "large" and "old". Really Taco Bell? Is this what we can expect when you pay employees $15/hour and raisethe cost of your food? This used to be a bustling location where it was tough to get a seat during lunch hour - which is whenwe were there. Two tables were occupied when we came in, with zero tables occupied when we left. Also, zero cars in the drivethrough. We will never be back and suggest you do the same! Read more

Worst taco bell I've ever been to. Every single time they get multiple things wrong in my order. Waste of gas, money and time.... Drive through takes over 10 min for each car. The employees are rude when I tell them my order is wrong, and that I specificallysay "no sour cream" because I'm lactose intolerant. Just a horrible location all around Read more

Update: this place is extremely understaffed. What?s the point of putting in an order on the app if you have to wait 15 mins in... line just to let them know you?re here. They always have the lobby shut even for mobile orders. I mean to leave a review everytime I come here but always forget. This location gets it right 99.9% of the time! I come here a few times a month and have aton of modifications due to dietary needs. They always get every detail right. The only time they got it wrong I?m pretty surethey just accidentally gave me the wrong bag. I appreciate the attention to detail while also getting the orders done quickly.They?ve proven themselves so many times I don?t have to check the bag when I receive it. Thank you! Read more

I just really like the nice people that work at this taco bell. The young lady working the drive through window (didn't notice... her name, but this was 7/22 around 6:15) corrected my order for me after I made a mistake, and was super nice and patient. Foodis... Taco bell, but better than other taco bells if that makes sense. Read more

I've been waiting in the drive through for 48 minutes. I'm finally at the window. I've paid and am waiting for my order. I very... polite employee came to the window and apologized for the wait. He said it would be another 5 minutes because they received a 20piece door dash order and are understaffed. Who manages this location? Fast food should not take an hour. Read more

For so long we gave this Taco Bell a grace period to work better and faster. They have disappointed us greatly, you can tell... that the workers are not proud of the work they do, but the quality is not good not much inside, very little lettuce and notmuch meat at all. It happened a few times and more expensive now. Laziness on all levels. Read more
