Very rude and ignorant ..used foul language towards a women ?the guy handed over cold sandwiches and gave them to my hand... without a bag and when I ask him Hez yelling bad words towards customers and said he regularly gives customers their food inhand without bag ..If u don?t have staff plz close ur store but don?t hire such rasicts and foul languaged humans ..?RacistWorker? Been there a few times to get 2 dozen donuts for my coworkers for breakfast at 5:30AM and was told they don?t have any. What is... the point of being open if you don?t have anything but drinks? The main items on your menu is donuts and Timbits with coffee. Ican understand not having certain kinds, but not having any at all is a bit ridiculous. This is the worst Tim Hortons I?ve ever been to. Unfortunately it?s the closet coffee shop to my job but I will still travel... further just to get coffee. They run out of EVERYTHING. Their espresso machine is NEVER working. Just burn it down and close upshop already. How is your espresso machine always down and you specialize in COFFEE!? Read more

Now I?m not generally a coffee drinker as I am afraid of caffeine but Tim sucked me in. This coffee blasted me with a copious... amount of energy that caused me to guzzle down my drink quickly which is where it went downhill. I burned my lips from the 900degree drink and had to seek help from my doctor. I?d like to shake Timothy?s hand for proper marketing and delicious drinks. Read more

Went to the drive thru, only 3 cars ahead of me, took 15 minutes to get up to window, purchasing a gift card. Finally got up... the window my credit card charged and I was told they had no gift cards. It took another 7 minutes for them to look for giftcards and then credit my card they charged. No manager on duty. Very slow service, Unorganized and young kids don't have aclue what they are doing. Read more

This one disappointed me dearly. I asked for a breakfast sandwich and coffee with creamer. The sandwich was good. But my coffee... had no sugar or creamer. They had no condiments. None at all. This is my first and last time for a while. I'm a put of townerand a repeat customer of anything good. And first impression last impression. Got it wrong the first time don't have time togive another shot. I hate Mc Donald ls but they better than this was. Read more

So today?s tale is all about when you make the mistake of seeing the drive-through jam packed and you think that going in will... be faster. Well I?m here to tell you ladies and gentlemen it?s not any faster in fact they were probably 20 cars in the linefor the drive-through and so I just thought hey the drive-through person is slow. Once I got inside there were about 10 peoplein the standing line ahead of me during my weight three of those people walked out and left. Now this is your standard TimHortons small box chain it?s clean looks nice everyone?s pleasant and the pace of the staff was average. I have to assume thatthey were understaffed by about three people today but then again as I said the pace of the staff was not a fast hustle it wasjust a cruising speed average pace. The staff really were pleasant but you?re dealing with additional Covid regulations I guessso the cashier probably change gloves 20 times that I saw. Bottom line Is it this place is OK but I will avoid it in thefuture just because it?s not fast food we could?ve sit down and eat in our food at Bob Evans in the time that it took to standin line for 15 minutes in the store and get our food. I don?t think that it was the staffs fault here I think they wereunderstaffed by few employees today and they had probably held this pace consistently all morning long so the hustle was alreadyburned out of them Read more
