Our family stopped at this D&D specifically because it is an easy on easy off to highway on our trip. This sign greeted us... walking in - clearly old, worn and not true given there are employees working on the premises. At this point in the pandemic,the bathrooms should be open to patrons. I am posting the owners see and consider changing their policy. I asked the employeesif the sign was still in effect as my son needed a bathroom and they appeared to hedge answering and finally agreed that no myson could not use the restroom. Consistently bad service. Slow on getting orders out, often waiting 10+ minutes for individual drinks. Lack of communication... between customers and staff, with customers often waiting close to five minutes just for someone behind the counter toacknowledge them in any way. Frequent mistakes, putting cream cheese on the side instead of on the bagels to "expedite" service.If people wanted to put cream cheese on their own bagels they would get them at the store not on their way to work from Dunkin.Go to Baker's Dozen around the corner instead. You have a guy with 0 experience running the drive thru on his own. He Remade the coffee, it was still gross and said he doesn't... know how to do refunds and he couldn't remake it again. What's the point of him being there?? Read more
I feel like the employees always have attitudes and they don't listen when you place orders because they ALWAYS make coffees... wrong. For getting paid to make coffee and sandwich's isnt a hard concept to follow unless they just don't care enough aboutcustomers spending there hard earned money there.
