so i?m a hard working mother and my child asked me to door dash food for her and i told her no because i?ll pick up some... mcdonald?s after work. so i go and order my food everything is going well.. THEN? i get to the order window and they tell methey have NO ICE! HOW DO YOU HAVE NO ICE AT MCDONALDS ????. then i get my food and realize that they forget my second big mac.THEN i get home AND MY FREAKING SODA WITH NO ICE IS FLAT. i am beyond words disappointed in this meal. Its mcdonalds but the plainfield location has a good group of workers who do it right. Ive never gotten stale food from them,... even at 2 am, and theyre always polite. Thank you plainfield mcD's for saving me on those long work nights. Read more

For a quick bite it's not bad. I do love their French fries. They are kind of expensive for what you get though. Only my... opinion. Try for yourself when you don't have any time & are starving. ???? The fries ????????. Read more

Bad service through drive thru, had to have my order redone twice & they still didn't get it right. I finally asked for a... refund. Gonna start eating at Wendy's. Customer service, quality of food had gone downhill 100 % in the last 50 yrs. Will nevereat there again. Read more

Today my order was lost (how? I have no idea). 10 minutes late they gave me half my order and i needed to talk to three separate... people to get my food. By the time I did the rest of my group had already finished eating. And this is only one of the badexperiences I've had here. For example: how do you mess up soda? It's been three months of a broken soda machine - warm drinkswith no syrup. There was even a month with no ice! But don't worry: the fries are always cold to balance it out. Theself-service kiosks are always out of order as is one of the drive-thru lanes. A month after the big renovation one of theirsigns lost a letter. A year later it's still missing.
