Manager here is great-she cares for her customers and goes above and beyond call of duty. She is the only reason for 3 stars vs... 1! Rest of staff and quality of food did leave me disappointed. Ordered three sandwiches and three orders of curly fries and waited twenty minutes. The guy at the deep fryer was either high AF... or just not cut out to make fries for a living. At one point he attempted to sweep. The food is mediocre at best and overpriced.Arby's was thoughtful enough to send a link that does not work. That food was for my wife, daughter and grand kids. Service is okay but no smile or greetings from employee, and it's filthy dirty everytime I visit. I noticed tables still dirty... in the am after opening which says it's from the night before. All surfaces are dirty with IDK what like napkin dispenser, sodamachine, garbage bins, window sills, ECT. They need a good manager. Or one who pays attention. This review was because I likearbys. Went in for ham.sandwichs guess what they don't have ham anymore! Ok ordered potato cakes guess what they don't have them... anymore! But both are still on menu! Makes me realize why I've.stayed away from that place for the last 10 years!???????? SAD! Read more

I literally just pulled away from their establishment. I ordered a large fry with cheese. The cheese taste burnt as heck and the... fries were old and must have been dipped in the grease to get hot again. They taste like salt and grease. Read more
Overcharged for food. Their prices online, on menu marquee and what you get charged (highest cost) are 3 different things.... Double check your receipt before you leave in case you need a refund. Read more
