Great customer service. They always are friendly and get my order correct every time. There is a worker there by the name of... Bobby and he is freaking awesome. He goes out of his way to be friendly, helpful, and gets the order perfect. Also he knows howto make all the drinks the proper way. Dude is awesome. We went to buy some ice creams on 31st all-day offer. It was selling 2 1-quart ice-cream at 7.99 at that particular day but the... cashier told they are 5.99 each then we ask for an offer and he couldn't figure it out about the offer so he calls for themanager. The manger also claimed it was 5.99 each. We show them the offer in our mobile app, then the manager said the offer isnot valid in this store. Later we show the same offer which was shown in that store. Later the manager had hardcoded the pricebut it took them a long time and when we came back home, the ice cream was already half melted. The ice cream was serviceable and the restaurant was clean. The staff was largely indifferent and were blasting modern dance... music. I'm sure they enjoyed the music but I really didn't need a thumping base beat to eat icecream. Read more
We occasionally pop (we have lived here since it was built) in for our usual-sometimes using the drive through and each time we... have been disapointed, the portions are way too small. I love Baskin Robbins since I was young. Clean, nice, inviting environment and I was served immediately. Great location and... staff. I absolutely love these cakes from Baskin and Robbins and have never been disappointed. Highly recommend! Read more
