Bless their heart for the effort but my order is often wrong. Weeks ago I ordered a black tea with lemonade and received a black... tea with black coffee in it after I said no coffee more than three times when the cashier in drive thru for someone reason heardcoffee and not lemonade so kept asking if I wanted half black coffee. The man at the register seemed new so I took no offenseand just cut my losses and laughed about my sadness and bitter drink with my friend because as a former Starbucks barista Iunderstand how confusing, stressful, and difficult it can be. Even I had days where i'd go home crying. Today my mother drove toget me peppermint tea and donuts while i'm home taking an important exam and they asked (over the phone) if I want cream andsugar in my tea. Giving the benefit of the doubt I pardon it and tell my mom "absolutely not", maybe there are people that wantcream in their tea, not me though LOL, whoever is getting cream in their tea, you're wild LOLLL jk. But again, I ignore it, butthen received hard munchkins that were chocolate glazed and I asked for regular glazed, and BLACK tea with peppermint mochaswirl when I wanted plain PEPPERMINT tea. I didnt even know dunkin had mocha peppermint swirl, what even is that LOL. Where isthe disconnect? I dont want to sound like a karen but someone needs to figure out where the disconnect is coming from becausecertain things should just be common sense. Like where did the person hear anything about black tea, mocha in the tea andchocolate munckins? Is there a language barrier? Does someone need communication skills training? Does someone have a mentaldisability? Trying so hard to give the benefit of the doubt but something is not clicking. Hopefully it gets better thoughbecause im honestly too lazy to drive further. Do us all a favor and figure it out. God willing it gets better and easier forthe staff so it can be easier for the customers. Read more
This location has became a joke they use to have good service now it takes forever to get your order and most of the time it is... incorrect. Will not being going back. Read more
I am highly disappointed in the "service" I received on 10/10/22. I waited in line for 3-5 minutes with no one wanting to take... my order. There was no other person there to order either. There were 3 workers just there talking and could care less about mebeing there. After my husband spoke up and said "can someone take my wife's order" then a woman walks to the register(not evenin uniform). I asked for a medium frozen coffee and she proceeds to ask me iced or hot and I repeated myself and she said I'moffering iced and hot because our machine is broken. I told her that nevermind and I wouldn't like to order anything. I walkaway and she proceeds to leave and 2 male workers stood behind the counter and started laughing at me and making jokes about thewhole coffee confusion with the woman who just left which confused me. The whole experience was just awful. I live down the roadbut I will travel a little further to the DD on drauden and Theodore instead. They at least treat customers nicely. Read more
Orders are very often incorrect, and service is slow even when no customers are waiting..... Just this morning I received Bacon... instead of Sausage on a Plain Instead of Everything Bagel! Usually staff has a bit of an attitude, and often just facialexpression as if they're annoyed. Usually Coffee isn't available until close to 4:30am, and bagels are often stale as if fromthe day before..... There is A LOT of room for improvement at this location.... Multiple High Reviews speak that they've beencoming here for years; however this location is only a couple years old! Read more
My Boston Cream donut came with a finger indent in it and tasted old. Apparently Even though America runs on Dunkin, Dunkin... does NOT run on America. Read more

It?s honestly a hit or miss with this location. The girls that work there always seem to be annoyed to take an order for what... ever reason it may be. Sometimes the coffee comes out good and other times it comes out as bitter as their attitude towardscustomers. I?ve been going there at least once or twice a week and again sometimes the service is really good and the coffeecomes out great and other times it turns to a negative review. Read more
This Dunkin location sucks. Can never get the order right and the coffee tastes awful. Don?t waist time or money here.
