Newer location looks nice but weekend crew was very young and lacking in experience and customer service. We had to ask to be... waited on even though they were slow with no other customers, the employees were more into their own conversations and talkingwith each other than waiting on customers. They are not very accepting of Dunkin? coupons either. Our coupon was for nearbylocation but apparently not this Plainfield location. Either way management should do some more training and monitoring of theyounger staff on the weekends or in general. The mens room was very neglected and the door and glass going in and out was quitedirty and in need of some attention. Under staffed each time we have come here but the crew tries their best to give each customer their attention. Folks we dealt... with were very courteous and got items from stock for us. Hope to see this place successful with enough crew on hand for drivethrough and foot traffic it gets. Read more
Employees were yelling at customers for taking too long in the drive thru. My app took a minute to load and the lady at the... window started moaning and groaning like a 3 year old and yelled stuff as I drove away. All 3 of my iced coffees tasted terriblebut after the rude customer service I don't want to go back. Complete waste of money. Read more
Absolutely awful. Everytime you go there, you have to repeat your order 6 times and then they stick screw it up. When there is... 15 people behind the counter and none can make a correct cup of coffee there is a problem. It's not hard to make a coffee withcream and sugar! Read more
We are a local veteran nonprofit organization and we reached out to to this location to ask of they works donate 4 boxes of Joe... and the owner Nittany said he be happy to do that. I called 3 times to follow up and spoke to the manager who was possibly therudest human being on the planet. She said she gave him my message but that's all she could do. And he's very busy because heowns 15 Dunkins. He never got back to me, so on Thursday y Oct.9th we had to scramble to get coffee donated!! Thank youStarbucks and Black Dog Coffee Cafe for being charitable to the community. I'll NEVER come here again. And I hope I can get alist of this owners other 14 stores so I don't spend my money there. Read more
Went to this location this morning approximately 8:45-9:55am. Once I got my coffee I seen that there was a mistake. I informed... the girl working the window and she was very rude by brushing me off by trying to say I was wrong. I finally told her to havethem make me a different coffee. I spoke to another worker who was making the coffee to verify my order. The other associatemade my coffee. The manager who was male seemed upset at me and in a poor demeanor wanted me to park and wait in the mainentrance. I did not like how I was poorly treated by the the girl workin the window and that Manager. Very poor service. I amdisappointed and very disgusted! I will never give this place my business and will be sure to inform friends and family tonever visit this location. No one should ever be treated like garbage. Read more
Dunkin is OK, though not outstanding, and this shop is pretty standard. My beef is that I can no longer find powdered sugar... donuts or cinnamon donuts at any location. I was told they've been discontinued. Those should be a standard for any donut shop. I will not be returning. Read more
I have went to this location twice and both times they messed up my coffee. The first time they put in a little creamer and... sugar and like 5 turbo shots, thought my heart was gonna explode. The second time they totally forgot my sugar. Do not go therethey can not get a simple coffee order right. Plus they rush you to order and can?t understand what you ask for. Never ever willI go to this location again. Worst location ever. 0 stars is what I wish I could give them. Read more
