I ordered online and the estimated time for it to be finished was 6:50 to 7pm. I got there around 7 to make sure it was... finished. I ordered 2 pastas, a soup, and small extra thin crust pizza. My husband went in to pick it up after 7pm. He was toldthey needed to check on the order and never gave him an update. Since it was in my name, I called and asked about the status at7:20. I was put on hold and there was all around confusion on all ends. Finally the order was given to my husband without anexplanation for the hold up. Loved this place. My first time stopping in. I'm from Tennessee and we don't have many great pizza places so this was above and... beyond my expectations. Our waitress was an absolute delight and her recommendations were spot on! Will be back my next timethrough! Read more

So overall it's not bad. It's pretty average. Our servers were very nice and very patient which is very appreciated. Food didn't... taste bad but is very greasy and oily so it sits heavy. This isn't a bad pizza place or Giordanos location just a heads up onthe grease and oil. Read more

Stopped here on a Friday for dinner and it was ahhh-mazing!! Started with the sampler appetizer and then got a deep dish pizza... (Special). Our waitress was friendly and on top of keeping the drinks refilled and bringing the food out hot. Was just passingthrough and needing a Chicago style deep dish and glad we stopped in! The pizza was loaded with toppings and cheese, and thecheese triangles on the appetizer were delicious! So was the garlic cheese bread and chicken nugs! Highly recommend! Didn?t haveto wait too long for a deep dish, I?d say 35-40 minutes which isn?t bad at all seeing as a lot of deep dish restaurants take45-50. Stop here, you won?t regret it! Best deep dish pizza I have ever tasted.

I just went to pick up my pizza after I ordered and paid online, and they said they had no record of my order even though I paid... for it. I ordered from the correct location just like I always do a few times a month, but nope. They claimed to not have myorder. Even better, they expected me to pay again if I wanted to reorder the pizza!!!!! The man I spoke with was totallycondescending and talking down to me like I was a child. He got loud with me and didnt even act like he was sorry for whathappened.This place has awful service, and I'm sad because I love their pizza. I will never be going here again. I have boughtso many pizzas from this place, and I was treated horribly. I wish I could give this place zero stars. Read more

Great service, tasty Italian food. I went for the deep dish, but was also enticed by their lasagna. This was my first... introduction to deep dish and I think I picked the best place. The sauce and "topping" flavors melded nicely. There was a nicecheese pull coming from the middle of the slice. It was interesting to notice how confused my tongue was by the order of thelayers. Overall definitely worth with the wait. Their meat lasagna is a reliable classic done right. It came with soft warmbread and it paired nicely with their special salad.
