If you order delivery and want to receive your food within an hour, do not order from this location. It took nearly an hour and... a half from when my order was confirmed to when it was delivered. The store had terrible customer service and was not evenapologetic about the order taking so long. Once they were eventually delivered, the sandwiches were no longer fresh. This isnot the first time this has happened. I thought it was a fluke the first time, but it seems to be a recurring issue that theyhave no intention of addressing. Went in to get a sandwich and asked for bacon to be put on the sandwich and it didn?t get put on the sandwich. Not only that but... they charged me for it and this is the second time it?s happened. Just disappointed at this point. Read more

Good sandwich shop for a quick bite. They make your order so fast there is no customizing it like that other shop. Staff has... always been nice. Again, brief interactions. Place looks clean, but I just pick up my sandwiches and go. So, very briefinteractions. Read more
April 17, 2021: I prefer not to give any stars but I have no choice other than giving one. Based on the other reviews at the... end of the day it most likely won?t matter anyway. On Saturday afternoon my husband I stopped at Wags to purchase our dog sometreats and we decided to stop at Jimmy Johns for a few sandwiches. As we walked in we noticed about six staff members and nocustomers other than those in the drive thru. We stood there for a few minutes and watched four people taking care of one orderwhile the other two were taking care of another order. In the meantime only one person said ?hi? but no one said ?we will bewith you momentarily.? As we stood there waiting we noticed one person placing three straws in a bag while another personplaced a few bags of chips in another bag. Mind you we are still waiting and yet no one said ?we will be with youmomentarily.? Ultimately we just left. One would think at least one person out of six would have approached us and proceededto take our order. Let?s be clear each and everyone of them looked up at us as we entered the store. Amazing customer service! I?ve never felt so cared for in this sort of industry and they?ve clearly trained their staff very... well. I had a specific encounter with Marcos who was very helpful in ordering sandwiches. 10/10 recommend!! They?re freaky fastand freaky fresh and you can tell that they care about customers! Read more

Prices too high. Food bland. Only young kids running this place, needs adult supervision.
