What an awful experience. The lobby was closed when we wanted to eat in. A car pulls up and three employees are let into a back... door. Then one of them in the drive-thru proceeds to tell us that they have broken ice machines (so no ice) and then hand us thewrong order via the drive-thru, so I have to get out of the car to switch it onky to have them forget all of the sides of ranchwe specifically ordered. I'm always one to give the benefit of the doubt, but this was just too egregious. This trash placedeserves every one-star it has. This is the 2nd time they don't listen. Once before I ordered 2 famous bowl with extra gravy. I didn't get extra gravy. I got... easy gravy. I tried again today. I ordered 2 famous bowls, one regular and one spicy and said heavy gravy on both. They did iton the spicy and no gravy on the regular which was mine. I am livid. Erika don't listen.
