What an awful experience. The lobby was closed when we wanted to eat in. A car pulls up and three employees are let into a back... door. Then one of them in the drive-thru proceeds to tell us that they have broken ice machines (so no ice) and then hand us thewrong order via the drive-thru, so I have to get out of the car to switch it onky to have them forget all of the sides of ranchwe specifically ordered. I'm always one to give the benefit of the doubt, but this was just too egregious. This trash placedeserves every one-star it has. I've seen lemonade stands run by toddlers that operate more efficiently AND they have ice. Neveragain. Read more
This is the 2nd time they don't listen. Once before I ordered 2 famous bowl with extra gravy. I didn't get extra gravy. I got... easy gravy. I tried again today. I ordered 2 famous bowls, one regular and one spicy and said heavy gravy on both. They did iton the spicy and no gravy on the regular which was mine. I am livid. Erika don't listen. Poor Customer Service Food is of poor quality. Ordered a two piece dark given two piece white. Ordered honey barbque wings given... spicy drumetts an expensive poor experience with a 30 minute wait that included a 15 minute wait for requested honey barbquewings. Went through drive thru Im done with KFC how does a chain resturant mess up food? It should be good its a franchise! Pulled up at 9:31 p.m. and no one is answering the drive-thru. The internet and the sign on the door says open till 10:00... everyday. I see people walking around inside and they see me but they don't acknowledge me. Read more
This place is so unorganized, the manager needs some training. Staff and crew need some training on GMPs this place is nasty.... Manager Erika working the register then working the food pack line without washing hands!!! Line of people complaining aboutmissing items. Crew members can?t seem to work together. They make you wait 10 minutes at the drive thru just to tell you they don't even have enough chicken to make the smallest bucket... the 8 piece. Then on top of that they get rude and condescending with me when called out on it. If you can't run your businessresponsibly and properly serve the people then close it down. Also not my first bad experience at this restaurant just the onethat brought me here. A solid 1 star indeed. Read more
