This McDonald's use to be great, but has been getting progressively worse. Food quality is all over the place and orders are... never correct. I order through the app so I know there's no miscommunication. If it wasn't for my kids I would not return. Update 7/30/22. Forgot a sandwich in mobile pickup. Had to drive back. I'm giving you a two for the recent experience I had at 7:25 pm on 7/18. I suggest reviewing/doing some quality control on how... to address customers in the drive thru and how you hand product to the customer. The tone of her voice was like a scene out ofGrease and she might as well have been chewing gum. I ordered my meal and she said, "OK large fries-anything else?" I had torepeat my order: "don't forget the fish sandwich". Her response was "Anything else?" Me: "No"--"Pull forward". No "Hi thank youfor visiting McDonald's what can I get you today?" None of that-- The guy at the window taking my money was cordial andpleasant. But the same woman who took my order also handed me my meal with a "Here you go"--no Hi, how are you, thank you forhelping to pay my salary." Just a pathetic Gen Z giving Gen Z a bad name. The absolute worst experience I've ever had at any fast food restaurant. Was in line for 25 minutes to order and after waiting... for 7 minutes at the speaker I was told they are no longer taking orders. They were not even closed yet. I hate that I even haveto give them 1 star. They don't deserve any. Read more
I used to think all McDonald's were the same, but there is something weird about this one. I've had multiple experiences where... the fries don't seem to be cooked all the way, like there's chunks of raw potato inside. The chicken nuggets are dry, likethey've been sitting under a warmer too long. I added a picture to try to show the detail, but trust me it looks worse in reallife. Read more
They mess up orders to go a lot, and wait at window 3 for cold order. They dont answer the phone. The line needs to pay more... attention. UPDATE: The server Josh, was so excellent, as he took care of the floor, made me take it from 2 stars to 4. He gavemy faith back in this McDonalds. And they got all 4 orders right today! Read more
10.5 minutes between getting handed my drinks, and then having the food brought out. This seems to be the new normal, pretty... sure it doesn't take them that long to make some fries and nuggets. Usually forget your sauces as well. 49.5/49.5 on whetherthe staff is grumpy or mediocre. 1% chance they are in a good mood. Read more
