Past couple times ordering here have been either missing items or poor food quality. This last time however was too much, found... 2 small curly black hairs in my food and wanted to vomit. Second time contacting customer care from a separate experience andnever hear back. Will most likely be my last time here, but please do better to be cleaner and following health guidelines. Service was absolutely terrible! Ordered Pick 2 with sandwich and salad. Received my food and my salad was in to-go box. Went to... the girl and said it?s for here. The skinny blonde girl in a pony tail, whipped her gloves onto the floor and gave us a dirtlook and said ?Its the same portion size!? Went to the manager, refunded our food, and left. Very disappointed with their crew!So ignorant! Read more

I stopped in today to treat myself to a pick 2 with my favorite sandwich, the Bacon Turkey Bravo ???? It was very busy, but the... crew seemed to have everything under control and flowing smoothly. Unfortunately, when I got to my next location to eat thelunch I was very excited about I open my sandwich and it was incorrect. It was a veggie sandwich of some sort, and I almostcried. I called back and spoke with Von, who was apologetic about the mistake and said they would remake it for me. I went andpicked up the new sandwich from him later in the afternoon, and when I got it home I was so happy! It was the most perfectlooking sandwich EVER, and they gave me a whole one instead of replacing just the half. So thank you to Von And the very hardworking crew at this Panera Bread!! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK! ???? Read more

The service has gone down over the last few years here. We are always disappointed but keep going back and trying again because... it's close to home, and it's a running joke that something is always missing or wrong with our order, without fail. This morningwe ordered two breakfast sandwiches and neither of them had any meat on them. We'll be going to a further Panera for betterservice going forward, I guess. Read more

I haven't been here in a while but it was nice to see it busy. The line moved quick and our cashier was very pleasant and... efficient. I got my favorite broccoli cheddar bread bowl and it was piping hot and delicious! Perfect for a cold windy fallday. There were many pastries for sale which we declined but I know the bagles in particular are very good, especially thecinnamon crunch, my fav. Will be glad to go back soon. Read more

Extremely disappointed with the availability of ingredients and quantity of food for the price of the Baja Bowl with Chicken. We... were charged full price ($12.30) for a product that was missing a substantial ingredient and offered no substitutions. Weordered from the kiosk at the counter and were notfied that the store was out of corn and black bean salsa. When we selected theoption to subtitue the ingredient for something else, there were no other options offered on the screen. Once home, we openedthe bowl and it was only half full (see picture). Again, we paid over $12 for the bowl pictured below. This is definitely alimitation of ordering from a computer screen rather than a person. If you go to this location, I wouldn't recommend orderingfrom the kiosk. I recommend Panera consults with their software developers to have this feature corrected/addressed. Iunderstand that restaurants run out of ingredients, however, there should be an option to select a substitue or the customershould be offered a discount. If a business provides a customer with half the food, it seems logical to assume that the customershould be charged half the price. We are unlikley to return to this location anytime in the near future. We will also bechecking our orders prior to leaving the establishment whenever ordering out again. Read more
