Worst Potbelly ever! Not greeted at all. Ordered a small mac and cheese. Old and burnt and the server knew it when she gave... it to me. Immediately went back and asked for a refund. Refund receipt looked odd, so I went back and spoke to the manager. He advised since the transaction was done that day it would be refunded the same day. I asked for his name and he said it wasJason. Upon leaving, I heard one of the girl there say, 'She asked you for your name?' as if Im in the wrong for their badservice. Potbelly continues to get worse. Read more
Haven't been to Potbelly in years. No particular reason why not. We had the opportunity to stop in with my family. We ordered... three different sandwiches, two hot and one cold. The menu was easy to read and offered a good variety of sandwiches. Orderingwas simple. The employee taking the orders walked us through our options. We moved down the line and the next person asked aboutour toppings. She was very nice and explained what they had to offer. On this occasion we dined in. When we opened thesandwiches, we were pleasantly surprised at the amount of meat they put on it. It actually was a perfect ratio of meat to bread.Most other places are heavy on the bread side. The toppings were just the right amount as well. We ordered the original sizedsandwiches and had half a sandwich each to take home for the next day. The flavor was excellent! It is now my go to sandwichshop. Not sure why we didn't return years ago, but this experience was top notch. Read more

I like potbelly, they have nice sandwiches with good luncheon meats. The staff was very friendly and the kids really enjoyed the... Mac and cheese. The salad also looked great. The bread is a bit soft for my taste, but still has a good flavor. Read more
There are way better sandwiches out there like Jersey Mike's, but I was so hungry and didn't want to drive around. The shakes... are good. I got a roast beef sandwich and the beef was not very good. The place was clean though and great service. Read more
