AWFUL customer service. Came early in the morning to buy a Starbucks studded cold cup that was just released and they wouldn?t... let me buy it because the girls at the front said that manager wanted to buy it?.. WHAT? what kind of customer service is that?If she wanted to buy it why didn?t she buy it? It was the last one too. I was at this location this morning for coffee and the cashier (Miranda) rushed my order. I think that?s very rude I couldn?t... even finish telling her what else I wanted in my coffee before she gave me a total. I had a reward that I had intended to usebut that didn?t go as planned . Please be advised this Starbucks is in jewel osco. Check pictures first. They didn?t label my coffees. Got mixed up situation.... Coffee cup slipped from cup holder I took from them and it was a mess in my car. I would not have been in this situation if theylabeled my coffee. It was horrible experience. Not going back.
