Love this place for BBQ in Plainfield. A little pricey, but we’ll worth it. Only been here a few times, but each time the food... was awesome. I’ve gone with the pulled pork sandwich with hot links on it too. Cole slaw for my side to put on the sandwichand eat on the side. They have a great menu and tons of seating inside and out on their patio. Highly recommended for BBQ inPlainfield. Read more

Amazing staffs cutting the meat and making the sides!!! The food was amazing. Got quarter of beef brisket, pulled pork, turkey,... pork belly, and spicy sausage link. For sides I got the elote, Mac and cheese, and green beans made to order. 3 sauces, spicybbq(great!), bourbon peach sweet bbq(my favorite!), and Texas gold mustard(really grew on me). The meats were absoluteperfection. Next time I will get brisket, pulled pork, pork belly, and turkey sandwich. Def green beans and elote! Great bbqspot downtown plainfield. Second time at StationOne and was not disappointed. The shredded chicken sammich was the best I have ever had. The beef brisket... was so tender & flavorful. The sides are a must try. The Brussel sprouts w. Pork belly, the tatertot casserole and the pintobeans were as good as the BBQ. Friendly staff & patrons. During the week you are almost guaranteed that they will not be oit ofanything you desire. Three thumbs up. Read more
I am a true to heart BBQ enthusiast. I have tried several spots near my area only to be disappointed. Trust me, Station One... Smokehouse is the place for me. Here are my observations: The parking lot was clean, the restaurant was clean and organized. Thestaff was very friendly and very helpful. The restroom was clean and stocked. And last but certainly not least, the food isamazing. I had brisket, ribs, and smoked sausage. It was so tender, delicious, and so flavorful! We got a chopped brisket and sliced brisket here. Both are $14 each for half pound of meat. The "huge" fries we got from the... menu were $6 (they are more like regular size instead of huge). Elotes medium size was $6. Did not taste authentic but was goodenough. Total with tax: $43.69 (Entire tray pictured in the review) Brisket was served warm not hot. That's why I had to takeone star off. Could have been much better if it was served ???? hot. Good pop songs and good vibes in this place. String ofceiling lights gives the whole place a warm glow. A full bar where you can sit and watch any of the three TVs on the wall infront - usually playing sports programming. It's a nice casual family & friends type of atmosphere. You order from the menu atthe counter, get your food right there as you wait and sit down at any available table just like a Chipotle. Paper towel rollsare tethered to each table. Our food was not as messy but I guess they must have stuff on the menu where you would go through somany paper towels ???? This place is definitely worth a try at least once ???? Bonus fun fact: I found out that this place hadbeen an actual fire house before it opened up as a "smokehouse" restaurant in 2018. Pretty cool. Read more
First time ordering from Station One today .I showed up to pickup my order an hour early because of a schedule change. They got... my order ready pretty quick. Their chopped brisket sandwich was delicious, prices are fair . I like the location of thisrestaurant and their atmosphere. Read more
