Horrible experience and I usually go to this subway at least once a week I ordered online and my order could not be any more... simple. I wanted 2 footlong with ham cheese and mayo and 1 footlong ham and cheese melt. What I received from them once I gothome and opened it was 3 footlongs with just ham and cheese! No mayo on any of them and my ham and cheese melt was not toasteddidn't have mayo nor tomatoes. Very frustrated for the simple fact that my order was so easy and still managed to mess it upcompletely. I don't know if I will order from there anymore thru online because I clearly have to go in person and see for myown eyes they are making it correct. Read more

This is the absolute worse service I have ever had in my life. Do NOT ORDER ONLINE from them. I never got my food. I am... battling over getting a full refund when all I wanted was my food. I dont care who you have deliver it, I ordered from YOU. The employee/owner/whoever that answered the phone acts like its not his issue. Trying to put it on the delivery company. Love this subway location! The owner is always super friendly. My husband and I went in to get two foot long sandwiches and you... can tell he cares about his customers. He made sure we got the right amount of veggies that we wanted, and asked us if we wouldlike any drinks, soup or cookies as well. The sandwiches are always good and everything tastes fresh. Our go to stop forsandwiches for sure. Read more
I placed an order online and was told my order would be ready at 9:15pm, they?re hours show they close at 9:30. When I arrived... at 9:10 the doors were locked and the individuals inside closed early and when I and multiple customers told them we had placedonline orders we were told to come back the following day for our refunds, when I told the employee why was I charged if theyweren?t going to do the order he told me ?don?t worry about money man? and continued to walk to his car, as multiple customersthat had placed online orders arrived this is absolutely unacceptable, I?ve worked in the restaurant business and you don?tclose the doors 30 minutes before you close, the response from the employees was absolutely disgraceful and I will make sure Ilet everyone in the community know how customers are treated in this establishment. Would rate 0 if i could. Went to the place for a meatball sub with mozzarella. When I ordered the man put on cheddar cheese.... When I corrected him he just sprinkled the mozzarella on top of the cheddar and sold it to me. Tasted terrible and terribleservice never coming back Read more

I am EXTREMELY disappointed in this place! They never EVER accept deals OR coupons! They don't even have the daily deals for 6... inches! A footlong sub sandwich is well over $10! I can't believe the Subway corporation is ok with this place ripping theircustomers off like this! And it's so close to my house, and a lot of houses, so I guess they feel they will ALWAYS havebusiness, no matter how ridiculous their policy is. And sadly, this is true.
