This subway wants me to go back and get my order that a employee did wrong from the beginning I order online and that employee... was very rude. So I email subway and there was no help from them to give me my refund or half off, nothing but for a customer todrive home and then have to get back in car back to them so they can give me the right order. I say keep it! But keep treatingcustomers like this they won?t have customers no more. This subway is a very big disappointment! Thank you subway! I say saveyour money and time. and go where they treat there customers with respect and that they give you your refund back or at leasthelp a customer. Read more
Terrible the ladies who took my order where laughing the whole time while I was placing my order in the drive thru. I ordered 2... footlongs both tuna, then I order 2 large drinks and 2 bags of chips. While I was waiting for my food I noticed the cashier takesomething out the bag. I didn?t think nothing of it, till I got to my husbands job and noticed I was missing a sandwich. I wentback and the employee would not give me my sandwich that I paid for. I asked to speak to a manager but I never got one. Theladies called the cops on me that where working there. I felt because I am Hispanic and these employees are all white theycould put me in a position where I looked like I was the bad person and have me put in jail. I was told I could not return tothe subway. I don?t understand why they did this to me when I paid for my food. I was grabbing lunching for me and my family. Ihave 2 kids young kids at that. I felt so hurt that this happen I have never been put in jail or do I have a background ofbreaking the law. For them to react in such a manner was very unprofessional. Also for west side jpd to take there side was veryhurtful. The employees at this subway have stolen from me. I paid for my food and was in the right to ask for the food that wasnot given to me. I also tried calling corporate but all they say is to send email. I did but never got a call back from thissubway. I would say if you go here please ask for your receipt and make sure all items are there and make sure you have thecorrect items. Read more

This Subway has always been great (especially for year round raspberry cheesecake cookies, thank you for that!!) One star off... because for some reason they no longer carry the Chipotle Southwest...Not sure if it's discontinued or they're just not servingit here anymore, but it was my family's favorite ???? They also told me they're getting rid of a bunch of sauces which sadlyincluded things like Ranch too. They also didn't have flatbread!!? Idk what is happening but I hope corporate subway sees thistoo, I really love subway for these things and I sadly feel like I have to give it up now because it's lost all the flavors I'veenjoyed. So sad to see, if it changes I will for sure bump up my review. Once again, this location is 100% fine and I've neverhad an issue here. Read more
First off, as soon as I walk in, I am greeted with a huge HELLO! by all the employees warm and happy. As I start my order, the... entire process was quick, easy and caring. The store was clean as a whistle and organized. I had my meal inside and will bereturning to this location more often.
