This place is not worth the money. Ordered multiple times and just keeps getting worse. Your ?ramen? is just spaghetti noodles... and whatever broth they decide to add with it. The shrimp tempura ramen came with 2 small pieces of shrimp. When I ordered theydidn?t have half the ?broth? they use. Each plate is 15 dollars. So not worth it. My sushi roll was only 4 pieces! Tried the Spicy Beef Ramen w/ udon noodles and dish overall was tasty but the flavor of the beef was just OK (slightly... unpleasant after taste). Fried Shrimp Ramen was better with delicious broth to pair with the crunchy tempura shrimp and lots ofingredients. Sushi rolls were small, but paired well with the ramen. Pretty overpriced compared to other sushi places. Don't wear gloves when making and handling food, which I found pretty... gross. Also told me they use imitation crab meat. Wasn't expecting this from a place charging 9$ for a California roll. Won'tbe back. I can see low quality places using imitation crab, but was shocked to go to a sushi bar and be told this.... Jason has crafted an amazing experience. The food was divine and the short ribs literally melted in my mouth. The best I've ever... had. The Ramen was fantasic and authentic as well! The atmosphere was relaxed and fun as well. This is a place you mighteasily miss as you drive by but you shouldn't; it's well worth dining at and I'll definitely be making regular trips now. Stopped in for early lunch and was very happy with the pork noodle bowl. Food was hot and served quickly. Staff was very... friendly. Definitely glad I checked it out, will be back for a spicy noodle bowl and sushi. Update: August 2019, back again fordinner. Tried the spicy pork noodle bowl and sushi with a cold beer.
