I have no idea how this restaurant has such a high rating.... I ordered calamari and some buffalo wings. I got there to pick... them up when I was told they would be ready and still had to wait 10 minutes. When I got home, the calamari was barely warm andso overcooked it was not even edible and I threw it out. The wings were okay, nothing to give a 4 or 5 star rating. With foodcosts being so high, it makes me mad that this place would overcook my food to the point where it was inedible, make me wait forit and then I ended up throwing it out. I?m a pizza aficionado and have been rating/reviewing pizzerias for a long time. Vita Bella has one of the best thin crust... pizzas in in all of the western suburbs. Crust is crispy and flavorful while the sauce blends perfectly with the caramelizedcheese. Sausage packs a full flavor punch and pairs well with the pepperoni and mushrooms. Read more

Food is not that impressive. Ravioli was good. Penne is ok and so was pizza. Ambience is not very inviting. Service was good.

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE! I tried to order online, the manager over the phone told me that they are not delivery... to my address and I went to pick up at the location where?re I used to order. Over there they didn?t have my order because itwas at another location. Ok. I came to another location, I picked up and asked if I can dine in, from pick up said ok. The pizzadough already looked like stayed in the water and the waitress is coming to tell me that I can?t stay here, I need to know forfuture that I have to wait to be seated.
