Service was quick, food was hot and tasty. Rare occurrence nowadays.
They always forget something, tonight I ordered 2 Apple pecan salads, they failed to provide the pecans. The service here... SUCKS!!!! This has happened too many times, do I always have to follow up prior to leaving the drive through window. I tried tocall several times and the line was busy. I ordered my son and I a meal, dined in and asked for everything to be made fresh. Not only was the food FRESH and DELICIOUS,... the staff was great, the seating area was clean and you can tell everyone worked together very well, which in turn made theatmosphere a pleasure to be in. I went through the drive thru to get frostys last night and drove around to the speaker and the employees were all just sitting... outside smoking with their headsets on and I had asked if they had frostys available and they said no and we?re very rude aboutit, will no longer be coming back and spending my money elsewhere Read more
If you want to get treated like a subhuman or In adamant object please visit this Wendy?s. I honestly do not understand why the... people here are so rotten. The best part of my visit is when pull away from the drive thru window and finally get to leave thepremises because my Wendy?s nightmare is over. Foods alright. Cashier was ok, then it went downhill. Ordered grilled chicken, got breaded. Ordered 3 cheeseburgers with catch-up and pickle... only, they give you 1 pickle and a spot of ketchup that was literally smaller than a dime. Read more
