Decent prices and good food. Presentation was impressive. Drink prices affordable compared to elsewhere.
So, I hate writing a bad review but honestly. When we walked in the "hostess/waitress" was seating someone else, she said she'd... be with us in a minute. A few minutes later she walked by and said give me another minute and I'll be with you and she went totake a tables order then get drinks for another table, deliver food, all while walking by every few minutes saying she'd be withis shortly this went on for 20 minutes. When she finally did take our name she said it would be 5 minutes she just needed dtowipe down our table. 20 minutes after that someone else came and seated us right away. Then we waited for another 15 to 20minutes to place our drink order you see where this process is going. By the time we finally got our food it was cold and notvery good. They were friendly but severely under staffed. This is a regular occurrence at this location. I generally don't go tothis location but I is close to my parents house and that is what they wanted. At leat 15 other families/groups came in and leftbecause no one even acknowledged them. They need more staff and maybe a new manager since this happens at this location all thetime. Read more
They were a little short on waitresses. But everyone has that problem these days. Joann ou waitresses was excellent and had a... awesome personality. Food wS good and delivered timely. Read more
Been going for years. Love the nachos and the BBQ. I always get mixed. Generally friendly service. Better than most places. ... One of my gavorites on the northwest side. Read more
Went at 4 pm. Not busy, extremely nice waitress. The French onion soup was good. We got Bourbon St steak & Parmesan Shrimp steak... - both ordered med. One was cooked ok, the other undercooked (too red). I should have sent it back. They were not as good asthey used to be, not worth the price. Read more
How do you write a bad review for one of your favorite places but after finding a "hair" in your meal; I did have to admit... things were a bit off on this visit. The manager (Rachel) did remove the meal off the bill, however that made me lose myappetite and not want to eat anything else. I will say they did treat us right. The drinks like always were spot on perfect.Scott our Bartender and waiter was a super guy and felt kinda bad that this issue put him in the middle. They all could easilysee/tell that it wasn't one of our hairs. Read more
Service was okay but this restaurant is also short staffed. We ordered 3 drinks for our group and our food order came before it.... Taking in the fact that it took 15 minutes to give our order and another 20 minutes to be served it. Meal was okay, I had theBroccoli and chicken fettuccine. The last 2 restaurants, this one and one in Pittsburgh, both chicken was overcooked and dry.Fettuccine sauce was scarce. Took back the first time but at this restaurant, I decided to ask for sauce on the side. To myastonishment, she charged me $2 extra for the sauce. Not a big deal but the principle of it. (Waited on drinks, slow service,missed my friends extra sauce and then charge me when the food was bland?). I know I am done with this food chain as theirservice has gone way down and so has their food. So on that note, good bye ???? The food was fresh and hot and the entire staff was outstanding we have great customer service every time we've been here.
