Went today for my son's birthday. I wasn't amused by the second we walked through the door. The workers were having their... talking sessions. So it took longer to get seated. Well that's because, it appeared that obviously talking to coworkers is moreimportant, Than the customers that pay the employees checks, which is by rereturning to get great service. We received greatservice. We noticed they seemed a little short handed. Which was no problem because we don't mind being patient. Our drinks hadno ice because it was down at the time. No biggie, the drinks was still cold. We ordered 2 appetizers and wings. Everythingwas cold. It didn't taste up to standards and on the way home my son and myself had stomach issues the rest of the night. Sigh.. great servers just lack of help and resulted in cold food. The chicken came out first, then 7 mins later the other sides comeout cold. Remember workers.. without the customers there is no place for you to show your service skills. Read more

Second time at this location we were left feeling cheated. Not a great experience. It was Friday night after all the football... games. With 4 high schools near here you would hope they would be prepared. Manager giving excuse of only 2 servers, couldn'tgive an exact time on how long to wait. Waiter was fast and friendly though. Food was good. Just need a little planning ahead onmanagers part. Read more

Arrived at 11:26 being one of 3 tables in the dining room, and didn?t get food until 12:05 which was only half our order... anyways. The food that did come out was lukewarm and asked to speak to a manager about the remainder of our order. Manager justseemed annoyed and said they were low staff but did not seem very caring or apologetic. Our other half of our food we just askedto take home (been here close to an hour at that point on a time crunch) and it was also incorrect when we looked at it and weremissing items. We saw a couple tables walk out and leave around us because no one was getting drinks or greeting their table. Iunderstand low staffing issues and very much appreciate the comped bill, but this has been an issue for us a couple times atthis location and unfortunately will be the last time we visit. Our server however was very sweet and prompt with drink refillswhile we were waiting, she provided great service! Read more

Tonight they were low on staff but our waitress was still on top of things. The general manager was working the bar and drinks... were coming out pretty quick. Food was still great as always. Tonight was a good example of a great running staff even on lowstaff days. Read more

As much as I love bw3, this was my final visit at this branch. I've noticed a decline in service the last few times but wanted... to wait it out. The food wasn't bad all things considered, but not worth what I paid or the hassle that I went through. Iplaced my order online and waited until the time indicated to show up to pick it up. 45 min later I got my food. During mywait, there were 6 people at one point standing at the station to "expedite" orders. I watch several kids move napkins and bagsmany times with no progress in getting orders out. They seemed lost and needed management to step up and delegate. I'm quiteconvinced they didn't start making my order until I arrived. There were several people that came in after me that got theirfood before me. One order sat on the pick up shelf for 25 min and still didn't get picked up. After all of this, which I wasnot alone, there were at least 7 to 10 others waiting, I got back to my car and the order was wrong. Regional needs to evaluatethe management of this place or find out where the break is in the assembly, because it is horrible. Read more

Dropped in for dinner at 5:30pm on a Wednesday, wasn't very crowded at that time. Had really good service, our drinks were... always full and our orders came out of the kitchen hot. Ordered the Ultimate Nachos, Chedder Nubs, Original Buffalo wings,drinks, and Cheesecakes to go. All the dishes were tasty and enjoyable! Read more
